Talk about NBA 2K11 here.

What are the things that PC version can or can't do comparing to PS3 or Xbox360?
PC can patch but will the pc have the ability to do vibrating feedback from the controller like PS3 or xbox360?
What else?

PC by far. It's 30$ cheaper+we can actually make the game better while ps3 and xbox 360 is stuck with default 2k cyberfaces, courts etc.

it is uncertain if the PC version will have custom arena music capabilities like ps3/360 but other than that they have told us everything else is the same. we'll find out in ~6 hours

JaoSming why in 6 hours? You mean half an hour

6 hours for me

I personally think, even if I'm getting 360, that PC is better because you can Mod and do a bunch of stuff with it...

For what it's worth, there was a recent comment from a producer that the PC version has probably come out the best this year owing to a couple of extra weeks working on it (or something along those lines).

6 hours for me too. When the clock strikes 12:00 midnight.

6 and a half for me, too. Gamestop close to me is having a midnight release, and they only had one PC copy. I went and reserved it.

Better get some sleep if I am to woop Jaosming in some multiplayer in the morning.

I gotta say, I'm kinda left out to sea right now. None of the gamestops within 4 hours were doing a midnight release and Walmart isn't carrying the PC version. I might travel down an hour to a best buy but I'd really rather a Steam copy or something online considering how much fun driving is right now.
Sorry pat, but I don't think I'll get to play you in the morning.

out of the topic quest?... the PC version is how many Dvd inside?? and what does it contains??
Tue Oct 05, 2010 6:59 pm
One disc. As for what it contains, the PC version is identical to the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions.

I had that issue in 2k9 and 2k10 and I can hear the ball all over the court now, so problem fixed for realtek sound

I second that. Sound problem is fixed.
Still not as good as it could be as far as overall arena sound placement and reverb. EA really nailed that for the past couple years.

That's about the only thing EA got right. Still pissed at them for abandoning the PC gamers. I'm going to always support 2KSports over those clowns, they even took away baseball from the PC, when MVP Baseball 05 was one of the best baseball games ever. Live Elite or what ever you call it, is going to continue to get smoked by 2K11.
