FRAPS problem Radeon 9600XT

Well it appears that I only have problems capturing NBA LIVE footage.. I recorded like an entire round of Call of duty ... full res at lik 15 fps... and then took the res down to like 640X480 and get 30 fps while playing
... any suggestions

Maybe you make ON anti-liasing mode and make Anistrophic..?
