converting bmp or jpegs to fsh

can somebody tell me how to convert pics of the shoes to fsh format so i can get it to work in the game. becuz i download pics of the shoes to the exact way it suppose to look like but when i rename it as a fsh file it makes the shoes completely black.how do i convert it?? if someone knows please email me at acuamanjr@hotmail.com or post it here.

You need to use a program such as FSHEd to import the new graphics. Open the old shoe file (bsho.fsh or whatever it's named). Click on import to. Click on NEW and browse to the new shoe file (newshoe.bmp). Then click update. The new shoe should now appear. Click on SAVE. You can d/l FSHEd from NLSC. Download the plugins also.
