i read the rescorues page on it on this ite but it does not show how to load that or what program i need HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP

ive got the program to edit it but when i do edit the file it doesnt make any changes in the game. why? :?:

Are you editing a saved file? If so, you'll have to re-load that file once you get back into the game.
