KidJustin did the same way at his TUP Update.

Really? What's TUP? Is it like TRU just for another game? cuz this is the only game I have.

TUP is a complete update project for NBA Live 08.

I don't think it will be my 500th post, because I'm at 499 now. I am still more than a week from even coming close to finishing these rosters. I'm pushing the release date back to the 20th.

You release rosters tomorrow?

There's no way I can release the rosters tomorrow. I still need ratings for most newly drafted rookies. Right now I only have a handful of them and I am also waiting on CFs for them. Anybody?

Maybe TUP10 ratings helps you.

You can also still use DB Commander to open the players.dbf file from the TUP 10 rosters and take a look at the ratings.

As my 666th post, I can officially say I am not ready with my rosters yet and I'm going back to school tomorrow. I'm not going to have as much time to work on them.

I'll release my summer league mod tomorrow, so then you can "steal" ratings from me

I'm "stealing" ratings from TUP10 for Live 08 and changing them slightly, but I'll take a look at yours since I'm not sure exactly what rating scale 08 uses and yours is for 2003.

On that note, I found the correct TUP (I was using older rosters that didn't have the rookies so I was like "WTF?") and I'm making more progress. Maybe another 2-3 weeks for a real release?

End of September, I hope. I've been so bogged down with homework and other stuff that I haven't had much of a chance to work on these rosters. Rookies are absolutely the only things left to work on until the release date. I will work on setting all the salaries after the release. It is very time consuming and it doesn't help that it takes like 10 minutes for Live 2003 or virtually anything at all to load.

Man. I feel like Andrew Bynum, I say I'll be done, but it takes another 2-3 months.

Don't feel you need to lock in a date. At this point, you might want to aim for the start of the season and do your best. Speaking from experience handling the rosters through training camp and pre-season with all the cuts, you might find that easier to manage.

Very soon people. The season starts soon. The rosters will drop by then!

They Are Here!!!

This is rough roster. The salaries haven't been changed yet from 2009-2010 and several players have just generic 75-75-75-etc... ratings. I'm still working on the dbf editing, which will take some time. Some players are without faces and cannot be played with - game will crash. (Mostly rookies) These rosters can only hold 15 people so teams like Miami Heat (20 guys?) have some players left off.

I'm out sick today from school and I finished the rosters!

Uhm... since my Live 2003 got fucked up, because it mixed with a bunch of mods that holy patcher ize made (boot-up screens: summer league, menu: eurobasket 09, music got fucked up, summer league jerseys of nba). I'll reinstall it, but SO LAZY.
