Jersey Patches

Hello, I have a question and I hope that someone will help me

I am playing on a system that can only run the game at low resolution, and all of the jersey patches are for hi-res .. Is there a way to convert those high resolution jerseys so that I can use it in playing at low resolution?

all white? hmm. but if you put it in high resolution? it has colors?
