Gold rusting? Is it a fulfillment of prophecy?

Postby puttincomputers on Fri Jul 23, 2010 1:26 am

I know most folks wont be interested in this, but for those who are here goes.

James 5:3 (King James Version)

3Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

Here's a head scratcher: as everyone knows from elementary chemistry courses, gold is the most inert metal in the world - it does not rust, nor corrode. Yet this is precisely what Russian commercial precious metal trading company, International Reserve Payment System, discovered on thousands of (allegedly) 999 gold coins "St George" (pictured insert) issued by the Central Russian Bank.

Do you even read the links you post?

It would be embarrassing if it were discovered that not only is the bank diluting the gold content once received with oxidizable materials, but subsequently passing it off for 999 proof precious metal.

So it's highly probable those 'pure' gold coins aren't really that pure after all and has some materials that can rust mixed in with the gold alloy.

I just read in the Bible that there is going to be 10 different versions of Jordan in NBA 2k11 and none of them shall appease the PC community. There shall be CF updates for every single Jordan in the game. (Book of Jaesus, 4:20)
Opinions are my own.

What Jao posted is far more closer to the truth than what puttincomputers has posted, ever.

Hmm. King James version. Maybe the gold is rusting because LeBron went to Miami, which was not God's will! Holy shit, this all makes sense now.

John 4:9-10 wrote:"We love Him because He first loved us."

LeBron actually loved Cleveland, so his decision to flee created a holy paradox. My prediction is that they get Chris Paul, making the four horsemen of the Apocalypse. This, combined with Obama(nation!), means rapture is upon us. When said rapture comes, and Jesus comes back to life, me, puttincomputers and all the other good fundamentalists are gonna be laying on a pile of virgins (72 of them), unrusted gold, and all of our dead pets.
