I'll download this no matter how good it is just to be curious, and yeah i'm amazed 2 that this has gotten a bigger responce then the NCAA mod lol

Closer to release. The face continues to disappoint me. I don't see it getting significantly better, unless someone does a face patch for a real person. There are just no female faces in the game to draw on. The face is a lot of custom work in OEdit. Best I can do for now.

I would love to see a WNBA mod. I'd love to try something different, and I think a mod like this would be perfect. I'd love to be able to hoop with the likes of Sue Bird, Lisa Leslie, Chamique Holdsclaw, and my favorites, Tina Thompson and Sheryl Swoopes.

yo ozco, what are you talking about? the face is really good already! the only thing making it looking cartoony and creepy-looking is the eyes, they're too big and makes you feel like you're looking at Soungarden's "Black Hole Sun" clip. Go on guys, cover the eyes( yes, on the screen) with your thumb and picture a normal pair of female's eyes in there...pretty acceptable right? You only need to focus on tweaking the eyes' vertices some more, methinks.

I worked on a second face. Also put together some Detroit jerseys. The numbers & names need to be fixed on the jersey. I also tweaked the body. Tried to make the arms thinner and the lower thighs a bit more fleshy.

Nice work Ozjo. Body and eyes look better, and it also looked like you did some work on the ears as well. I like it.
Hope to see it released soon.

It does look a whole lot better than than the first one!................. although the face still looks a little............... a very little like a man.......... but great job.

Well i started the Sue Bird using the first one as a base, but it didn't look nothing like her............ so stopped work on it.

This week i will have more time, so i will give it a try again.

Ozjo I figured it out :wink:

....what you need is an actual womens cyberface (a good one, detailed etc.) just a few in all skin colors to add in the game...ask a good patcher to make a few cyberfaces (women) for you use actual players and you will be good to go (Y)

Arden_05................. what i think he is trying to do is create a few generic female faces, which will be needed for the WNBA patch.................. and then the real faces will follow.

The patch will probably have 80% generic faces, and if he could come up with 4 to 5 good generic ones.............. he's almost there.

PS, The one on the left looks for like a female face.............. also need to see one with long hair?

I filled out the hair some. Back of the head needs a lot of cleanup.

Yes..........looks good.................. i can't see the whole back of the hair, but it looks like a good start.

Are you modeling the face after anyone specific?

The second female patch is available. I was able to clean up the back up of the head. I did not model the face after anyone. Enjoy.

NO! DONT STOP PRODUCTION ON THE NCAA MOD! I Want to see it lol. and i'm not the only one

and now that an official EA Patch got released, you can make all the teams, but 1st please release a BETA with the 31 1st. but thats jus a suggestion

yah yah, ncaa will be done, no point in putting this much work to waste, since last years logos have transparency problems i have to redo all of em, and now i've added the fantastic talent of logo making to my many :wink:

theres no way i'm doing anymore after the original release. i really want to do this thing called PLAY live, which i havent done at all other than testing my own patches. it'd be like organizing a whole new patch with the rest of the teams in there...
