Are we gonna see the 2010 draft class?

Remember when they put Griffin in the 09 game as a update? Do you think they gonna do that real quick with the lotto picks or even top 5 this year?

I'd rather have them dedicate all their resources to developing Elite 11. Also, no I don't think they will do that.

if you are talking about the DNA updates from the next year working in 10, it might happen, look at 09, it got all the 10 updates, but dont count on anything

It wouldn't surprise me too much if it does happen but if it does, it'll merely be a bonus and nothing that EA has promised or obligated to provide. The DNA updates are only guaranteed to span the regular season and Playoffs for the duration that a release is the current game in the series. As far as we were told with NBA Live 09, it wasn't supposed to receive updates past the 2008/2009 season.

I know that a lot of us are still wanting all of the injuries unlock as am I, but as the OP stated, I remember that they updated the rosters last year with the first 15 or so rookies taken in the draft, and any transactions up until that point. So I loaded Live 09 up, and sure enough, Blake Griffin, Hasheem Thabeet, Jonas Jerebko and almost 15 rookies are on there, as well as a lot of the offseason moves from last year. Ben Gordon and Charlie V. on the Pistons, Sheed on the Celtics etc. I'm wondering if that is what is taking so long for this final update? Maybe we will get to play with 'Miami thrice' a little sooner than expected?

There's no guarantee that there'll be another update. The DNA updates for NBA Live 10 were only scheduled for the duration of the 2009/2010 season; a couple after the game came out then from opening night through to the end of the NBA Finals. Similar situation with NBA Live 09, the updates we received for that game after the 2009 Finals were not originally intended nor promised, they were more likely a case of EA making a mistake (or quietly providing some bonus content). As far as the terms of the NBA Live 10 DNA subscription are concerned, we've received the final update. Anything we receive after this is a bonus.

09 got updated around October 4th, when the Live 10 DNA got released. So wait till around the Elite 11 release date and we will know if 09 or 10 will continue to be supported.

in the meantime................is there anyone who has made the rosters up to date and is sharing them?

Haven't played the game in ages, but a friend enjoys it over 2k so i would like the updated rosters to download from someone or i might have to do everything myself.

I haven't checked, but maybe live 10 got a dna update to reflect the latest transactions and signings. Either way, check out the EA locker as I'm sure somebody updated the roster and shared it.

No offseason transactions but it appears as though injuries have been unlocked.
