According to Mike Wang (via Operation Sports) it's legit but there's a limited amount of 2K11 content in the video, an intentional move so that it remains more of a teaser for the moment.

Looks ok not much of a difference besides some new animations

Graphics-wise, I think 2K10 holds a pretty high level, in terms of players. I'd be happy if they just tweaked the player graphics and added new animations. They've already said they've overhauled the arenas.

I'm assuming we'll get a full blown trailer with nothing but NBA 2K11 footage in due course, once 2K are ready to show off the game. Considering they were pretty confident in the game at E3 to the point where they were saying they could release it as-is right now, it's a little odd that they're keeping footage of 2K11 under wraps but I guess they're going for suspense.

My guess is, but this is pure speculation, that they've partnered with TNT and want to show a good, solid broadcast style trailer when they finally decide to release some footage.
