God dam glad im not running a retail store this year...

Yep, all of my clients that are in retail are getting destroyed at the moment & all taking additional loans to stay afloat. The interest rate increases over last 9 months have killed the retail economy. The only thing keeping the country out of a technical recession is the Government-funded capital works (roads, school buildings etc).

As much as I disliked Howard, I have to admit I prefer him to Abbott.

I prefer my next-door neighbour's two year old to Abbott. Doesn't make him any good.
