Franchise Salary Cap

Is there anyway to change the point limit? Because with my rosters all the teams are 70million over and I can't make trades? Any fixes for this?

there is a solution...
open ***\NBA Live 2003\felogic\salary.ini.

you will see salary cap variables...
change it to anything you wanted...
and save it to desktop.
not with txt format. just select all files, and write the name "salary.ini". after this, put the new "salary.ini" file to felogic\salary.
