This is my first attempt at a Live 2004 cyberface. I know it needs more work but I want to know what other people think.

Not bad... I'd just recommend you to give him a stubble/shaved head, and sharpen the face... Oh yeah, and a custom headband would be really nice. 
But the blending is really nice

and you play nba live and are a fan of NBA? geezzz...
about the patch, try to finish the forehead and the other things as well, so people can give an opinion based on the whole patch. It still needs some work and sharpening, but it can be a good patch
