that thing that we have to type something like /rgbemulation doesn't work for me.
I go to start menu > prgrams files> oedit> oedit.exe and right click > properties> and i type /rgbemulation as explained by Tony then
i get The name "C:\Program Files\OEdit\OEdit.exe"/rgbemulation specified in the target box is not valid. Make sure the path and filename are correct.
wut should i do?
Sun Feb 15, 2004 9:23 am
Use a space between "C:\Program Files\OEdit\OEdit.exe" and /rgbemulation
- Code:
"C:\Program Files\OEdit\OEdit.exe" /rgbemulation

now i get An error occured while initalizing Direct3D. Try running OEdit with "/rgbemulation" (without quotes) as a parameter.
and when i went back to chek if the quotes were there and they werent

I was wondering if anyone could help me out...
Everytime I try to load a texture (in BMP format) to a headshape, it gives me a 'Runtime 481 Error: Invalid Picture'
Now as far as I know, BMP is the only supported format and I've made sure that its in BMP. What could be the problem here?
Has anyone else had the same problem?
Mon Feb 16, 2004 1:24 am
don't use bmps saved from EAGE, that usually causes the error. save the bmp from photoshop or something.
Mon Feb 16, 2004 2:36 am
i had the problem, if i load'ed a pic that was over 256x256...
btw I load pic's saved with EaGraph all the time
