nba 2k4 ratings

any1 know where i can find the nba 2k4 ratings for every player
i wanna edit the players usin that
or i any1 can post at least the rating given to some of the major players in 2k4

Actually ESPN's ratings are off too, and I wouldn't really say they are better, Inside Drive's is the best beacause of the individual player sliders. Go here to update

Just click my link man... I believe .sps is for shark-port or somthing
