I recently scoured www.56nba.com for 6 hours trying to locate the Live 06 freestyle indicators and I succeeded. I'm going to upload that and some other stuff that I don't think anybody else has uploaded. The stuff included is the 06 icons, a spalding basketball player indicator, and a custom indicator that has a giant star to denote the star player of a team.
If anybody needs to access www.56nba.com all you need is two things......
1) You need Google Chrome, they have an amazing translator that pretty much made it extremely easy when trying to find these files.
2) You need to register with the forum, it's the only way you can download.

As usual just copy the files to your SGSM folder and you are all set to go. I'll keep looking for more stuff from www.56nba.com.
These are the original authors of the files, they are in chinese so you will need a translator.
