Season mode error

Hi, I added my own teams into the game. However, when I try to play the season mode, there's an error, saying "Divisions and conferences must contain the same number of teams", even though I selected a team to play and the number of teams in each conference is the same. Any solutions?

Look. There are 5 conferences. You need to make the conferences containing team numbers like this: x-x-x-x-x-x.

Which conference and division did you assign your custom team to? Did you re-assign one of the default teams?
