help nba 2k10 crashing

im using my laptop ASUS G51J

windows 7 64bit

i7 processor

8gb ram

1920 x 1080 res

when i open the game its fine on the main menu but when i play a quick game or play in my player mode after creating a character the game automatically quits itself...

help =(

Your laptop can't handle it.

That is really good spec, I'm not sure why it wont handle it.

Does it have the turbo boost on the CPU?

i got a previous laptop with a dual core CPU and a 9800gt videocard and only 4gb ddr2 ram and it can handle 2k10 at max settings

yeah it got turbo boost, GTS 360M videocard which is better than 9800gt and 8gb of ddr3 1333 ram.....i dont think that the laptop is the problem here....



is there some compatibility issue with windows 7 64bit? my previous laptop is 32bit only and it can run nicely...but other forums said that it run perfectly fine on 64bit......

I have it on Vista 64 and it runs fine.
Do you have a pirated version, maybe that what's causing the crash...

i have an original copy....


installed/uninstalled it for 5x still same problem...

i got some issue on win 7..
i got win 7/32 btw but i switch to XP... got some unpredictable crashes with win7 so far that OS is not stable yet...
most chipset modules dont support 7 even though we say he is far superior than XP ... but XP is far stable than 7...

i say a span of 2 years... win 7 will be stable, thats the time ill switch to 7 but right now...
