Boozer will join Nets roster
After Carlos Boozer leaves his team Utah, he quickly jump into the free agent pool leaving Williams on blues. With the Nets having big cap space, they signed the energetic big man to 5 yrs./$98.80M deal.
" I understand why Utah didn't give me any offers, i spent many years there and some good memories. Now i'm here in New Jersey and I'm here to bring Nets into Playoffs picture again." Boozer stated. Boozer will still wear #5 Nets jersey.
Nets signs another bigman
Nets eyeing some players on the pool, and decided to sign another explosive bigman Tyrus Thomas to 5 yrs./$59.88M deal. Many speculations are heard around the league on Nets GM signing two PFs. " I don't have an idea why our GM signed Tyrus, but I've had a conversation with him, and he's telling me he will use this signing to add another player in our team. Well, i don't know what it is or who it is, but I'm happy Tyrus is in here, and i hope I can coach him this entire season." coach Lawrence Frank said.
Frank dismissed, Brooks assigned as new Head Coach
Another surprising move by Nets GM. After bragging a 23-50 record last season, the GM didn't hesitate to replace Frank in coaching. He sign Scott Brooks when Thunder fire him.
" Me, myself I'm surprised by this. I'm a little bit disappointed when Sam fired me. But when the Nets signed me, I'm overwhelmed. I believe this team have talent and rebuilding. I will give my very best to form this team into contender once again." Brooks claimed.

" McGee is just a young man but a lot of potential. With our team lacking a backup for Brook, we decided to deal Lee and acquire this man. I can see he will give impact in our team and can help us this season. " coach Scott Brooks said.
Captain Jax goes to NJ===>> <<===
2011 1st round pick
Nets GM is not yet through with his surprising move. A trade that involved newly acquisition Tyrus Thomas shocked the league. Nets signed Tyrus for all knowing he will be backup for Boozer. But according to Nets management, they are lacking of good shooting, small forward in their roster, and Stephen Jackson is the answer for them. Jackson is now 32 y/o now season. Nets will also be receiving Bobcats 1st round pick this year. Captain Jax will be in Nets for 3 years in contract.
" Tyrus is happy out there being back in Charlotte I think. I'm little bit confused with the move, but me being a professional I will just play good here in NJ and I believed we're now a contender." Jackson stated in the conference a while ago.
