Phil89's layout is proving to be quite popular, for good reason though. However, I'd have to wholeheartedly agree with the suggestion of turning off Caps Lock. Aside from that it's a good start, good luck!

Great dynasty, i'm lovin this, are you planing on making any trades? Do you plan to do anything with Grant Hill?

Play with J-Rich a little more: shoot more, dunk more, do everything more- I average 37 ppg with him in Live 2003 playing 6-8 min. quarters!

Nash can't help it. He's a beast.
As for the 27 assists, it seems that 08 isn't much different from Live 2003. In my old league before I ran into problems with patches, Nash was averaging around 12 points (I don't shoot much with my PGs, mostly my SGs and SFs. They get tons of points.) and around 25-30 assists a game. Also got a handful of rebounds and steals as well. He is a beast.
