Did a search on the Hornets to see who their options were for coaching next season. It seems Bower is looking to bring in either Avery Johnson or Jeff Van Gundy.

Either one would be a great catch. After such a disappointing season Id hate to see my fav pg go another season w/o making it to the postseason.

I thought I saw Lawrence Frank's name in the discussion as well, though as I said in the Del Negro thread I expect most of the teams looking to replace an interim coach are making overtures towards the top names who are available. I also thought JVG had indicated a preference to remain with ESPN but I could be mistaken.

Had he not missed 37 games, and had they played defense, they probably would have made the playoffs again.

Andrew, not sure i just did a search and the article was as recent as Apr. 20. I wouldve posted the link but im typing from my blackberry as of right now. And Benji you couldnt be more right. That was unfortunate Cp3 got hurt in that Bulls game(i think)just when they started to play better.
