I found the problem
it was the teams.dbf file
I finally can play with the nuggets lol
but I still having some other problems...i cant use the wizards

Do you know in what folder(s) do I have to replace that file (teams.dbf)

I believe that some of the players file doesn't work well too or are incomplete
after erasing caron butler's folder, the game runs just fine
playing as a home or visiting team with the washington wizards.
