created players begin to play in dynasty with the draft

how can i put created players in the draft pool at the end of my first season in dynasty mode ?

i've created like 29 new comers for next season put them with dbf editing in the team called ROOKIES TEAMNUM39..

doesn't seem to work...

anyone has already tried it ???

Check out the sticky thread in the NBA Live 2003 Franchise Issues forum. It's basically the same procedure. As with Franchise Mode last year, the Rookie Pool is cleared when you start a new Dynasty, so you need to add the new rookies at the end of the season, before you advance to the Offseason.

o no, now you two have me thinking of a new project, a rookie add on seams like a good idea :D

hey Andrew can I add them as a data base file like i copy and paste it from the players data base initial file ?? i mean can i copy only the rooks i have created and add them to the db file of the franchise mode i'm playing with? ?

That should work. Just make sure they don't share the same PLAYERID as an existing player in your Dynasty Game. Remember to make a backup in case anything goes wrong. :wink:

i like that idea. that way people won't have to keep asking about how to put the rookies in the game...
