I'm sorry, it if was answered already, but is there a way to open that .fxg file of Association and assign a cyberface to John Wall or Turner?

Not yet. Vl@d, the creator of REDitor, says that it will be possible in version 1.0
We are currently at version 0.7.2 so it looks like it might be while till we can

Nope, I guess, earlier, as I have DB-core II now
