Still play much ball Jae?

Nah, I wish. I broke my right foot twice and it didn't heal properly either time, I think my basketball days are over. Can still shoot though.

Are you a one footed or two footed jumper btw? I've always been more comfortable on one but I used to get higher off two. Could make a difference if you're trying to see how high you can get.

Sit is a two footed shooter but the trick is to make him go left as he always shoots fadeaways when going left. If going right, he's got a lot better form & accuracy.

I always shoot leaners/fadeaways when I go left too  though they mostly go in. Though these days my fadeaways are more like backwards bunny-hops.

Thanks shot doctor.

And Jae, I'm a one footed jumper... I'm more comfortable jumping off one... I need to learn to jump off two.

Seeing as Sit has one here, i guess I'll record my progresses here also. I started week 1 yesterday (monday)

Currently I can barely touch the rim due to a knee injury (fractured knee) a few years back, lost most of my explosiveness from that. :?
Standing at 6'1", this is no where near what I can be capable of jumping. I hope to not only gain my lost explosiveness, quickness, speed and vertical back from doing this program, but to also reach new heights and be able to throw it down with ease (and get better lift on jumpers) upon completion, i also hope to be able to improve my speed and explosion through this.

Wish me luck?

thanks man

a side note, my vertical is probably not as bad as it sounds as my wingspan is not long....6'1" wingspan and my height is 6'1" :wall:

hate you all for having long arms

Just finished week 1 on friday, surprisingly my legs didnt tire out as much as the sets i completed on monday and wednesday, hopefully this is a sign that my leg muscles are already strengthening bit by bit :)
