the nose is a lil funny the middle parts too flat with the nostrils it needs to be more noticeable than nostrils

Just center out the eyes a little. His right eye, is either closing, or it's lower then his left (not on his side, on our side looking at him)

id say use a beye file to get the eyes more realistic
