And one more thing. Some people want me to include Ily's portraits.. I'm not gonna be able to fulfill that request.. There are 2 reasons. 1st, I asked Mr.Xcitement a favor to make these portraits for me, and told him exactly which players were needed.. Now if I did it with Mr.Xcitements portraits, then I'm confident these portraits are the best.. And they really are.. Ily's portraits are good, but a number of players are missing.. Second reason: Is Ily the guy who used INewbie's work without credits, aka stole them?? Well, INewbie is my friend, so with that I covered everything..
Oh, and there is 3 reason.. I'm too lazy..

Kova, I did everything correctly, This is not the first time I've used your roster.I know how to d/ld files. Does your portraits have guys that look like average joes on the D-League pickups? Mine's does.
I just don't get how everyone says their's is fine, but mine's is screwed. I might just have to go back to default if I can't get this corrected. I've got the Reditor, I changed the 1 to 0 on faces, and type in correct .iff nothing happens,still.

Hi Pistol, if you correctly, put the portrait.iff and portrait.cdf to your game folder you will not see average joes on your game. Here's how Put all files like shoe.iff, pngxxx.iff and .cdf to your 2K10 game folder like: C:\Program files\2K Sports\NBA 2K10 and overwrite if ask (back-up just to be sure). If your using Kova Roster you do not have to change anything co'z it properly matches the Portr/CF_ID with the Missing Portraits v4. But, if you have your own Roster, In Reditor, GenericF = 0 (means you will be using the Cyberface and not the edit player). Portrt/CF_ID = means the pngxxx.iff you will used. So, in your Roster Portrt/CF_ID should be the same png/iff no. of Cyberface you will used. example, Portrt/CF_ID = 1677 (Jordan), your png/iff no. should be png1677.iff. Wew! hope it can help!

Thx for your assistance, but I still can't get them to work, No portraits, still blank pictures, and no correct cf's. ex.... I d/ld GHill's David Anderson patch ( best one out) old .iff is 1693 new .iff is 1684 changed it in Reditor put 0 in , saved it, go to game, still generic face. MIR's Carlos Arroyo (best face out) tried him, same generic face. Guess I have to play with it like it is. Thx again though.

i think sir kova is right..IMO i really like Mr.Excitement portrait pack coz its look like official..dont ask for more buddys.i think sir kova did great to make our game more realistic..and thats enough dont ask for more..

and regarding on "SOME" ILY patch..yeah i agree with sir KOVA..i think he realy stole mr.INEWBIE work and hes try and tryin to deny it..its too obvious that hes work is the unfinished work of sir INEWBIE..if you were one of the members of our new forums you will see all of mr.INEWBIE works..

Because all these 2k portraits are ugly. I am talking about G.Wallace, A.Harrington (players with hudge headbands ) Thats all.

Its not possible to change headband colors.. It is, but only in 2 colors.. Lazymac already released global.iff with different headband colors..

Yes, but after patch that global.iff doesn't work. So, why in Albys roster headbands are different colours than yours?

I have no idea.. I'm also using patch.. Weird.. How did you notice that? Which players have different headbands?

one guy already reported that some headband colours in albys roster are wrong.

In his roster Bobcats wearing blue headbands at all games. In your roster Bobcats wearing orange at home, and black at road games.
Same with Thunder and other few teams. I have no idea how he did that... Its like pre patch ant patch mix or some shit...

nah bro.. with albys roster patch applied in my game all teams headband colours are white...
also with patched global.iff..

hey man i have an important question...i want to FINALLY start a new association with all missing players, but i want to restore the opening night rosters manually...will i encounter the "unappearing signed free agents" bug during the association (when manually doing F.A signs)?thanks a lot

Well I put all of the .iff's in my 2K10 folder and for some reason Larry Bird looks like a Chinese lady with black arms and white legs?
I loaded the roster, and all that. I've used your rosters before and everything was fine. I can see Bird on the bench, but the Bird that's on the court looks messed up.

Any idea?

Did you delete the names of the players in iff file?? If the file is called l.bird_png---.iff, you should delete the name so it leaves the file with png---.iff, and then put it in your 2k10 folder.

At last i got it make it to work.. too bad it doesn't support low player settings.. ,when i set it to medium latinas jerseys now showed but my lappy can't run it smooth.. too bad .. but great patch and also the sliders keep it up m8!
