Western Conference Playoffs Watch

Besides Miami and Boston series, which may not be tht exciting itself, there isnt too much to look forward to in the east in my opinion but the west is where its at this year. Each team is about 15 games over .500. I really do not think home court advantage will be tht much of a factor in the western conference this year.

You never know. No one would've picked the Bulls/Celtics series to be as good as it was last year and the East probably won't be too shabby past the first round.

i kno but some of the current matchups right now in the east look kind of ugly but youre right. Im hoping the Bobcats might be the Bulls of this year but then again they are playing Orlando. I do think for the second rd Cleveland better hope they get Miami instead of Boston bcuz cle & bos could go 7 games.

So much the better for us, if not Cleveland.

Speaking of Conference, East's 4th seed Boston would or would not have made 8th seed in West. Regardless of quality of the team, that seems like quite a gap between the two conferences at the moment. And for sure, I think the West lower seeded teams are way better teams than East lower seeded teams. Western conference first round is something I really look forward to.

Consider that a few Eastern terms were struck by significant injuries though. The Bulls had a winning record and were improving before they lost three starters and dropped ten in a row. They could be closer to the Thunder's record if not for that stretch. The Celtics probably should've finished with around 55 wins, Miami wasn't far off the Thunder with 46 wins. This year has actually been closer than most in the past decade.
