at the intro before the game starts there is no coach in 76ers.. sorry for the unclear explanation.. my roster is already updated. (andrews). its like the the other coach is talking to no one.

Either you've installed the roster only version or the art hasn't installed properly. If you're using the roster only version, you'll need to download the full version with the appropriate art. If you have already downloaded the full version, please consult Faces Troubleshooting.txt (included in the .zip file) for info on locating the art and moving it to the right place.

I have applied the directions successfully but still there is a problem on coaches. like in Raptors vs. Kings. oh one more thing its the full version which i downloaded.

I'm not sure what else to suggest then, sorry. The faces are definitely included in the full version (in some cases they're generic, but there shouldn't be any missing face texture errors) and if you've followed the Faces Troubleshooting instructions then everything should be working properly.
