Just from looking at the screenshots on this page and the last, I noticed that Oklahoma City and Indiana have completely revamped rosters. Neither teams have any of their current star players, which is pretty disappointing.

I agree wholeheartedly, NBA Live 11 needs to tone it down and make better decisions as to when to trade star players between CPU controlled teams. A setting that controls trade frequency would be even better.

No rookie has ever won the Rookie of the Year and Sixth Man awards in the same year, though in 2005 Ben Gordon became the first rookie to win the Sixth Man award (Emeka Okafor was Rookie of the Year that season). So yes, this can be billed as the first.
Other dual award winners include Michael Jordan (MVP, DPOY in 1988) and Darrell Armstrong (MIP, Sixth Man in 1999).
