Charlotte (AP) - The Charlotte Bobcats announced new GM for their team. Michael Jordan the new owner of the Bobcats proudly introduced the young GM to the NBA world.
The media asked MJ why did he take a 20 years old GM and the greatest player of all time said with grin. "This is only one of my genius moves. All I can say is I like this kid and you all know that I have an eye for special talents coincidentally this kid is special." So Mr. Jordan have the complete confidence to this young GM.
A little information about Julian Martin, he is a Filipino and just graduated from college. He likes the game of basketball and also likes to post about his game in one forum. So when asked how did he get this job the kid simply replied. "I was looking for a job and I posted in the NLSC forum that I have a hard time looking for one. Then a week later I received an email from Mr.Jordan and apparently he likes my moves in the NBA game I posted, he offered me a job to be a new GM and I quickly accepted it." So Julian is quite a lucky guy. Another reporter asked him what are his goals for the team. "Well to be honest I don't have any plans yet but one thing is for sure, I want to make MJ proud." After saying that the great one give his new GM a tap to the back.

Here is a quick run through of the 09-10 Bobcats. One of MJ’s moves as head of operations last year is acquiring Stephen Jackson from the Golden State Warriors. Upon acquiring Jackson the Bobcats got on a nice start and looking their way to the playoffs with a 14-7 record.
But disaster starts when the Bobcats star Gerald Wallace got injured along with the new acquired Jackson. The Bobcats went on a couple of losing streaks including a 17 games losing streak. What thought to be a playoff season the Bobcats now find themselves as the 4th worst record in the league with 27-35.Bobcats Team Stats:
PPG: 83.3 [20th] FG%: .444 [16th] 3P%: .325 [17th] FT%: .735 [28th] ORPG: 6.9 [22nd] DRPG: 26.9 [22nd] RPG: 33.8 [24th] APG: 18.1 [22nd] BPG: 7.10 [8th] SPG: 8.66 [10th] TOPG: 11.0 [23rd] FPG: 16.2 [12th] 09-10 Bobcats Leaders: PPG: S.Jackson|19.2|
RPG: T.Chandler|9.9|
APG: G.Wallace|6.9|
BPG: T.Chandler|1.71|
SPG: R.Felton|1.71|
Bobcat of the Year: G.Wallace |15.1 PPG|4.0 RPG|6.9 APG|1.43 BPG|1.36 SPG|
Even though Gerald Wallace only played 70 games this season, he is still the leader of the Bobcats averaging a team leading 6.9 APG. The downside this year is his RPG, he average only 4.0 RPG which is very low for his standard. If he stay healthy next season the Bobcats had a better chance to have a spot to the playoffs.
Pussycat of the Year: B.Diaw |6.4 PPG|3.1 RPG|1.0 APG|0.71 BPG|0.78 SPG|
Boris Diaw is the biggest disappointment this season, he only played 51 games and yet average very low in every stat as a starter. He needs to improve his game in order to stay in the team or else he will be likely to play in other teams next season.

the fact that you called Diaw a "pussycat" makes me believe he won't be part of the roster come mid Feb lol

Power Forward
Boris Diaw inconsistency last season is a big factor, he might be on the move and the Bobcats need another force down low to help Chandler.
Prospects
C.McLoughlin|6'8 223LBS|22 years old|VA Commonwealth|
Best Case Scenario:Kenyon Martin (prime days)
Worst Case Scenario: Hakim Warrick
A great energy guy matched with his great strenght, he will not be easy to contain. His biggest weapon is his shot blocking. Needs to work on his post moves. Although his potential is questionable because he lacks the talent to learn.
J.Foxx|6'9 216LBS|23 years old|Fresno St.|
Best Case Scenario:Al Harrington
Worst Case Scenario:Antonio McDyess (now)
For a big man his is very quick, plenty of moves down low and can hit 18ft jumpshots. But his weak frame cost him to be an injury prone, he needs to bulk up to stay in the game. Needs more confidence about his skill and also needs a little improvement on defense.
C.Rogers|6'9 263LBS|25 years old|St. John's|
Best Case Scenario:Jason Maxiell
Worst Case Scenario:Othella Harrington
A behemoth inside, his a monster when it comes to rebounding and occasionally can hit open jumpshots. But he needs to work on his inside game, he can only score inside with his dunks. His potential is questioned because his one of the oldest player in the draft.
A.Mcdonald|6'9 250LBS|22 years old|Oklahoma|
Best Case Scenario:Al Jefferson
Worst Case Scenario:Udonis Haslem
An absolute force inside, no one can defend on him when his under the ring. If can't score inside he shoots a 20ft jumpshots. HIs offense is as good as his defense. He tends to foul other players even though its not necessary.
Point Guard
With Reymond Felton to test free agency the Bobcats need another man to run the show. DJ Augustin might be the next starter but it still the best to have a good back-up.
Prospects
M.Kavanagh|6'1 177LBS|22 years old|Alabama|
Best Case Scenario:Chris Paul
Worst Case Scenario:Travis Diener
A true team leader, his most lethal weapon is his passing as he can find anybody that is open. NBA ready player with a lot of potential. Need to improve his outside shooting and defensive awareness.
M.Bozovic|5'10 191LBS|22 years old|Czech Republic|
Best Case Scenario:Allen Iverson
Worst Case Scenario:Nate Robinson
He might be small but he got some hops to made a dunk. Have a scorers mentality but he need to be more of a distributor, often times turn the ball over due to bad passing. His height might be a liability of the defense.
R.Serrano|6'1 180LBS|22 years old|Portugal|
Best Case Scenario:Gary Payton
Worst Case Scenario:Earl Watson
His good at causing turnovers for opponents, with his high vertical he can block some shots. Overall his an above average scorer. The biggest concern is his lack in offense, he is not that quick to get by his opponents and he does not have a good jumpshot.
Small Forward
Gerald Wallace is still the starting small forward for the Bobcats but when disaster comes it's good to have someone to back him up.
Prospects
V.Torres|6'11 207LBS|22 years old|Purdue|
Best Case Scenario:Rashard Lewis
Worst Case Scenario:Jared Jeffries
Has a great shooting form and wisely use his height in making a field goal. He is a very good learner and can quickly adopt to the NBA offense. He need to work on his speed, quickness and stamina.
A.Mason|6'7 196LBS|22 years old|Temple|
Best Case Scenario:Scottie Pippen
Worst Case Scenario:Jamario Moon
A very talented shot blocker and his also got the ability to take over games due to his clutch shooting. Runs the floor well. Son of ex NBA player Anthony Mason. He need to add muscle to his 196LBS frame and he also need to be more careful with the ball.
Z.Bender|6'7 224LBS|24 years old|Utah|
Best Case Scenario:Ron Artest
Worst Case Scenario:Joey Graham
He is a strong player and won't be easy to out muscled. He works hard to get the rebounds and he is also not afraid to take the big shots. He need to work on his shot selection as he tends to shoot a lot. Some says that he is not coachable.
Center
The Bobcats might have Tyson Chandler but there is a time that he is in foul trouble or injured. A good back up center is always a nice addition.
Prospects
J.Bradley|7'1 296LBS|22 years old|Fairleigh Dickinson|
Best Case Scenario:Tyson Chandler
Worst Case Scenario:DeSagana Diop
He is a gifted rebounder and also a good defender. His offense needs major improvement but his willingness to learn is a plus factor to him.
Y.Chow|6'11 286LBS|21 years old|Singapore|
Best Case Scenario:Dwight Howard (with no defense)
Worst Case Scenario:Stromile Swift
He have great touch around the basket, His insane dunks will make him crowd favorite everywhere he goes. His defense needs to step up if he want to have a battle in the NBA.
Shooting Guard
The Bobcats have Stephen Jackson as the starter, while Larry Hughes and Gerald Henderson provides good back up. It is unlikely to pick a shooting guard.
Prospects
P.Marik|6'1 200LBS|24 years old|Slovenia|
Best Case Scenario:Jason Terry
Worst Case Scenario:Charlie Bell
He is the best shooting guard in the draft. He is NBA ready and will look to contribute right away. He can easily adopt to the NBA offense, he got fast feet that he use to get by his opponent. Always love to have the ball during crunch time.
E.Tarik|6'2 200LBS|21 years old|Greece|
Best Case Scenario:Mo Williams
Worst Case Scenario:Willie Green
He is quick off the dribble but he defines himself as a catch and shoot player. Even though his a good scorer he is not consistent. His athleticism is minus factor on him.
