It might be helpful to create a few forums for certain languages.

It would be too difficult to moderate. Also, I don't anticipate they would all be used frequently enough to justify their creation.

what about maybe one forum for people who are not that good in english, where they could get help on how to phrase things they want to say or ask. i'm not complaining in any way about anyone's posts being hard to understand or their misspelling words, but i've noticed some posts where people apologize for their bad english, and thought maybe there are people that would be willing to help them learn how to word it the way they mean it. i wanted to reply to some posts or pm people just to help them, but i thought they might take it rudely unless andrew or the mods made it known that people are willing to help if they want it, and not just trying to embarass or make fun of them.

Hmmm...it's really still unnecessary. It's nothing that couldn't be achieved in the forums that are already in place. If you'd like to help someone who doesn't speak English fluently get their point across, by all means do so. There's certainly nothing wrong with that.

If people are made fun of simply because English isn't their first language, then it will be considered flaming and the individual(s) responsible will be warned as they normally would.
