How can you take screenshots throughout dynasty mode like when youre jersey is being retired???

Press F12. The screenshots should show up in the "screenshots" folder in your NBA Live 2004 Documents folder (eg C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\My Documents\NBA Live 2004\screenshots).
