If the other person disconnects during a rated/proplay game, the msg ingame will say "the other person has disconnected, bla, bla, bla" it counts as a loss and you get the points according to the win, the "quitter" gets his loss and another % into his disconnection %. If the game msg says "there has been a connection error, bla, bla" then nobody gets anything and you return to chat window. Most connection errors are just that, an error with the connection, which is nobodys fault.
