Lmao someone get in touch with Dolan, forget Donnie we've got the Knicks next GM right here :D Wilsons game is so up and down, the game vs OKC was a perfect example. Gallo is a good player, but hes got the same problem as Al. If he stopped shooting so much and drove more he'd be a bigger threat. I know he leads the L in 3's made but I'm pretty sure he also leads it in attempts.

I'm not saying hes got the ability to drive like Chris Paul, but he relies too much on standing in one spot getting the ball and jacking up a shot.

I put the blame on Walsh for drafting Gallinari(because D'Anfoni played with his father) instead of a legit big man in Brook Lopez.

Knicks set a new record!!!

Yahoo News wrote:The Nets improved their NBA-worst record to 7-55, while the Knicks missed all 18 attempts in the most futile 3-point shooting night in league history.

According to the Elias Sports Bureau, the 18 attempts were the most ever without a make.

According to research by STATS, LLC dating to the 1986-87 season, the previous most attempts without a make was 16 by Washington against the Celtics on Nov. 2, 2007.

Knicks' Lee likes appeal of Nets

Nets center Brook Lopez really likes the idea of someday playing alongside current Knick David Lee.

And unlike some impending free agents who view the Nets as less desirable than waterboarding, Lee likes the Nets' potential more than their 7-55 record.

"The Nets are an interesting team," said Lee, sounding more like Phoenix's Amar'e Stoudemire and Memphis' Rudy Gay who claimed they would not be scared off by the Nets' hideous record. "They're a clear example of a team whose talent level doesn't reflect the record.

"If statistics work out, they get the No. 1 pick," Lee said, "They have a great center in Lopez, an All-Star point guard, Devin Harris, great athleticism with wings Chris Douglas-Roberts and Terrence Williams. They could have a big turnaround year next year if they get a good free agent and the No. 1 draft pick. It's going to be interesting which direction they go."

Just about the last thing you'd want to see happen if you're a Knicks fan.

Lee's right...the Nets have a bigger upside than the Knicks(especially at PG & C). And if Walsh signs two max free agents, Lee's gone anyway.

It certainly seems like he's strongly considering becoming an ex-Knick, whether it's to go to New Jersey or somewhere else. Then again, perhaps he's just trying to gain some extra leverage and get a bigger contract from the Knicks if their other plans fall through.

I remember accusing the Rockets for not giving T-Mac enough minutes or role, but obviously it was the best choice for them to not to. If he was playing like this with injuries still bothering him constantly, the Rockets would have got nothing for him. Well... at least, Walsh gets a cap room.

I don't know about that, he's had a few good games for the Knicks and his expiring contract was bound to draw interest from anyone looking to clear cap space. The Knicks or someone else probably still would've taken the gamble for the flexibility of the expiring contract alone.

i love how D'Anfoni's getting defiant about making changes to his coaching staff(to address the team's defensive woes). He's not the boss - Walsh is.

I can't stand this guy. He's nothing but a fraud, a gimmick coach, like Don Nelson.

Yeah, but if the teams or people knew he's be still be very limited due to injuries & DNP he has to go through, I don't think that many teams would have shown interests. For instant, Miami thought of giving up JO for T-Mac, pretty much expiring contract for an another if it didn't work out, but JO at least would have us in the playoffs.

True, but teams like the Bulls and Knicks probably still would've sacrificed the now for the cap relief at the end of the season.
