Can't change resolution settings

Just got 2004 on ebay. I am playing under Vista 64 and where the resolution settings in the options is blank. 
Can anyone upload there settings file with everything on high and a high resolution? I would play it under Windows XP but it freezes during install when I have to insert disc 2.

Look at the last post here:

It's for Live 2003, but it should work for 2004. If you can't find those files, you may need Live 2003 or maybe even 2003's demo. I copied the files from 2003 to 2004 (same place where it saves all the settings and stuff, probably on your "My Documents" etc.) and it worked. See if it works for you...
