ur right there WatchMe applying portraits is easy the hard part of it to find the person u want to replace right ? btw u done a good job but pratice more in cutting a picture . there are white lines as u can easy . but everything is good

it's easy but the hard thing is how to find the texture number linked to a png file.. if you can tell us how to do that then it will be really easy.

You can use magic eraser tool. Adjust the strength and tick anti-aliasting Play with options to get the best result

I suggest that you renew all the portraits in the roster.

This was already done by Mr.excitement, check some of the old post he also includes some missing portraits, it would be pointless to have someone do them again

how do you assign a pictures or prtrait i cerate to a number like 1689 or 1690 or 58

how to change bmp to dds file the portrits have to be a dds file to insert texture

Actually it has to be a png so you can work with transparency. You have to download the DDS plugin for Photoshshop (sticky in this forum). Make sure the portrait in PNG format has a transparent background and then choose save as, then choose in file type .dds

In the next menu you should select on the upper part DXT5, and specify number of mipmaps = 8.

P.S. PORTRAITS ARE AS EASY AS 123 on the technical side, but if you don't have a good player photo, and some basic photoshop skills to make a good transparency (without blurry/chunky edges around the player), portraits will turn out sh*t

ow.. thx.. but how about this . i change the genericF in reditor from 1 to 0 b'coz of the new cf of S.Ibaka, W.Mathews, and R.Beaubois of mr. calvin and show_time.. then the portrait of those guy's are gone.. what should i do to???
