Shame about the loss, but hey, every loss just adds to the motivation right?

It'd be nice to see Hedo win it against his old team (y)

Yeah from the look of things I'd say I still have the slight advantage due to my away win

It was but I guess I can blame it all to my poor shooting in the 1st half

Thanks man and yeah the teams are yeah it seems to have all the ingredients for a great series

Hopefully Hedo can find an extra gear and play as well as he did at the beginning of the season

Anyways thanks for all the replies and I hope to have game 3 played and on the site by today. Lets hope I can get back the lead.

Tough loss but you got KILLED on the boards. Howard and Gortat alone has 20 and your high man had 9.

Yeah I was really dissapointed with my big men thats why I want to find a true centre for the next season. Anyways i'll try to redeem myself in the next game.

Maybe the reason you were murdered on the boards is because Chris Bosh himself can't contain Howard and Gortat. You're right, finding a true and supporting center for Bosh would help you out greatly.

Hope you can take your team all the way. :D

Yeah I can't contain Howard he just gets to the rim whenever he wants. He absolutly walks over Bargnani so I put Bosh on him but he is still so dominant.

RAPTORS LEAD SERIES 2 - 1

Postby Azzdogs on Wed Mar 03, 2010 1:01 pm

THE TORONTO TIMES

RAPTORS LEARN THAT DEFENCE WINS GAMES

Image 96 - 84 Image

After the first 2 games were both offensive exibitions game 3 showed both teams defensive skills. The Magic again dominated early in the match through none other than Dwight Howard who continued to get to the rim. However after the poor rebounding performances in the first 2 games all players contributed to getting boards and in the end the Raptors were only outboarded by 3. Another contributing factor for the Raptors getting the win was Hedo Turkoglu who absolutly lit up the floor in his new home. He was the high point man with 36 points and he singal handelly took the game away from the Magic.

The Raptors now lead the series 2 - 1 and have another home game up their sleeve before they head back to Orlando. The Raptors are now definetly in the driving seat of this series and look to get back to back wins at home. Lets hope Hedo can continue his hot shooting performance from tonight because when he's hot theres no chance of stopping the Raptors.

I should've really put the dunk on video and hopefully Hedo can keep up that scoring performance throughout the series.

Again thanks for all the comments and a review of Game 4 will be up shortly.

Thanks guys for the support and I am set on wrapping up the series in the next game. Hedo is on fire and as long as Bosh and Bargnani get the job done on the boards the victory should be set.

I hope to get game 5 up by tonight and hopefully I can then progress to facing Detroit or Cleveland. (Detroit currently leads 3-1)
