i used NLSC roster patch v1.03,but when i play Dynasty mode, look at the point limit

This is actually covered in the Troubleshooting section in update.txt, but it's easy enough to copy and paste.

Q: The player salaries are updated, but the salary cap remains unchanged.
A: You've installed NBA Live 2004 to a folder other than the default. To fix this problem:
1. Locate the salary.ini file in C:\Program Files\EA Sports\NBA Live 2004\felogic
2. Locate the folder where you installed Live 2004 (eg C:\Games\NBA Live 2004)
3. Copy the salary.ini from the Program Files\EA Sports\Live 2004\felogic folder to the
felogic folder in your NBA Live 2004 folder (eg C:\Games\NBA Live 2004\felogic)
