THE TORONTO TIMESMAGIC OUTPLAY RAPTORS AND TIE SERIES AT 1-1The Magic were looking to tie the series at home before travelling to Toronto and they were successful in doing that. The Magic dominated the first quarter and broke out to a 17 point lead. Leading the charge was none other than
Dwight Howard who controlled both the offensive and defensive end. The Raptors were able to regroup and spent most of the second and third quarter playing catch up. In the dying seconds of the third quarter
Turkoglu hit a 3 which evened the match at 95 all heading into the 4th.Both teams were trading buckets in the 4th but rebounding was a problem for the Raptors.
Howard was grabbing board after board and the Magic were getting to many second hand opportunities.
Jameer Nelson showed great maturity in the match and did everything right. He shot the ball well, passed it and knocked down all 10 free throws. Both teams now travel to Toronto for Game 3 in what is a very anticipated match.
