Is This a Disc Issue?

No matter how many times I restart, the disc freezing at the 'Game Start'' window. Any ideas why?

No idea why, but I would attempt to troubleshoot the problem since it sounds consistent.

Try unplugging the 360 from the internet, installing or uninstalling the game from the 360 hard drive, or starting a different game and then going back to 2K10.
