Thanks, but the first two points are issues I keep in mind every time I update the rosters. I usually change a few player's ratings every update and it wouldn't be much of an update without updated transactions. ;) There might be some cyberface patches included in future versions - right now I can't promise anything.

I've already made some changes to those players over the last few updates. Which ratings specifically need boosting/reducing?

It won't be released this Thursday. The starting lineups will be announced this Thursday, but I believe the reserves won't be announced until early February.

pau gasol had a better season last year, way way better. i think he is over-rated this season.

lebron is way too under-rated... he's the only player to have a complete game at 20 pts, 6 rebs, 6 assists.

flip murray's rating sould be reduced again... he ain't producing any.

kirk hinrich passes better and sees the court well, perhaps an increase in passing and awareness.

yao ming improved way way better this year than last year, he is currently the 2nd best center next to shaq in terms of statistical points.

ricky davis is ain't playing to his supposed ratings. he is rated as high as lebron but averages 8 points lower, and half as many assists and rebounds. the ratings should be lowered

vin baker plays better than raef la frentz as center but raef has a higher over all rating. they should be adjusted too.

that's what i could suggest at the moment andrew...

you should unactiate the following players
vin baker
zo morning
nick collison
and anyone else on the il for the rest of the year
make their rating 0
increase kirk hinrich scoring ability , fg shooting , passing and shooting
adjust all the sliders so the stats will be normal and lower the gam speed
the most necessary increases this update are
lebron,walker,nowtizki,nash,melo, andremiller,camby,billups,j rich, yao ming , mo taylor,mike redd,tj ford, steph marbury,van horn,glenn robinson,barbosa , joe johnson, randolph, jeff mcinnis ,larry hughes,hinrich

players mainly to lower
finley, shaq, kobe, bonzi, pao, eddie jones, kidd, martin, allan houston, iverson, bradmiller cus he aint puttin up old numbers, rashard lewis lost fire since ray allen got back, flip murray too,
yeah thas preety much it

Alonzo Mourning is already on team 38 (ie not on the playable rosters). I'm not changing the other guys to 0 overall. They will of course be on the IR as they are in real life, but I'm not wiping their ratings.

I will consider the players you have mentioned, but please note that I take into account simulated performance and the other players on the time. I try not to increase or decrease ratings based on current slumps or a short stretch of good play - I try to get appropriate ratings that should result in realistic play and simulated results at the end of the season.

I'm open to all suggestions, but I don't agree with everything. You are of course welcome to make changes to the roster once you download it for your own personal use.

Another thing to keep in mind Andrew is to be sure that players like J.O'Neal who are big men who can shoot outside of 10 feet have higher pass and dribbling ratings so that they have a better shooting animation

If it's realistic to give them higher ratings, I'll certainly up them. It would be better if it was a seperate attribute.
