Custom Team

Does anyone have a patch to add custom team(s)?
I have created the Oklahoma Phantons to play in the old nba live 2000 and I would to keep them in the 2004? Any help?

I just thought someone could already have a patch that would add a team. So I wouldn't lose my rosters.

You wouldn't have to lose your rosters. Just make a backup, then add a custom team to the saved roster file.
