can't put legands in the fantasy draft

i know i help people but hey im human too you know

i can't put legands in the fantasy draft

Example:

i put Micheal Jordan on a normal team (WAS)

then i went to season then i did a fantasy draft

i had the 1st pick

and Jordan wasn't there

i can put legends on the fantasy draft in 2003

what happen? or what am i doing wrong?

Legends can't be selected in the Fantasy Draft in NBA Live 2004. This has been the case in the PC version since the introduction of Legends in NBA Live 2000, I wasn't aware it was different for consoles. On the PC version you can simply edit the ISLEGEND value in players.dbf, but there is no such workaround for the console versions.
