Nah, it's not that important, but I do the vertical exercises after the practice or on off days. If you could choose between a Chris Quinn's or a Jordan Farmar's vertical and could be either one just by trying it, I'm definitely giving it a shot, 'cause right now, pfft, I'm not really the fastest or the best jumper in the gym.

I'm the captain of my team, though. Not the best player though, not the very best decision making though improving and not the best athlete. Defense and just overall, passing and that type of stuff is more for me, like a hustle guy. Let's quit the OT tho.

Oh boy, shameless plug time!

I have written for a number of newspapers (college and local) in the last year and a half and since I will be majoring in Journalism next year at Mich St I have kept a blog of just columns and other random sports thoughts that pop into my head. Some are NBA (mostly Pistons), some are American football and baseball too.
