Newbie w/ a few general questions

Postby maacky on Thu Jan 22, 2004 10:08 pm

I just purchased this for my PC, first live game I've bought since 2000.

A few things I have not been able to figure out:

1) How do I intentional foul? I have looked every where on the playbook screen and tried to find it/set it and I had no luck. I am using a Gravis Gamepad Pro controller - does that matter?

2) Can you no longer save games before they are completed (I'm playing in Dynasty mode)

3) In Season or Dynasty mode - what do you find to be the most realistic time settings for accurate stats? I use 5 minutes for my games and the sim games at 10 minutes. How about all of you?

Thanks in advance for the help.

1. Push the playcalling button TWICE.
2. Nope, i dont ever remember a live game where u could actualy save mid-game!
3. I play 6min and sim @ 7min, i think. 5 and 10 u will get ur ass kicked imo. Its personal preference, trial and error to find what method suits you best.
Heres my advice 2 ya, dont mess with the sliders to much.

NBA Live 2000 was the last game to have a in-game save feature.

NBA Live 98 and NBA Live 99 also featured in-game saves.
