Need some help

How can I save coach settings?

I change some coach settings (manual substitutions, manual time out) but I can't save them. After changing, i go to load/save, save settings, sliders but next time i turn on game, coach settings are same. I can normally save rosters, sliders ect...It's very annoying to change settings every time before I want to play the game. Is there any solution to this problem?

You cant save the coach settings since it is a bug in game lets just wait for the official patch to come out this mid january
