Please help looking for cartoon

Hi at all, look, I'm searching for a cartoon... It's from cartoon network, I guess a cartoon from the 90s.... It was kinda series but very "distinctive". There was an episode if you might call it, where spiders witch had human characters were in school somehow beyond the real people and were a rock band or something like that....unfortunately I can not really remember anything specific about this....anyway some of the school kids cought one of these spiders and put it into a glass and the spider's friends had to rescue him.....another cartoon (I'm quite sure it was from the same makers) was something about an evil kinda snow queen.....well as I said I cant really remeber....so please guys help, I'm desperate to watch it again

unfortunately I can't remember any of the names, or anything else.....well as I said it MUST been one of the cartoon network cartoons of the 90s or late 80s......as I see you are lithuanian guy like me so I guess if you were in the 90s also in lithuania you also must had seen it....but I hardly remember anything. the only infoI have or can remeber stands above

as I said I cant remember anything else...well the spiders were obviously tiny, because they traveled between the legs of the students/pupils. What I can remeber is that they traveled up the rain gutter...well you now, it's almost 15 years ago and I saw mybe three or four times its very hard to remeber anything
