plenty of ratings, gear and shoes tweaked based on all latest games, as well as a few sig shots

Also, some players' shoes could not be changed in the game for some reason, but thanks to Vl@d Zola Jr.'s REditor ( ), I fixed them (I only saw Rasual Butler and Martell Webster for now, but there may be more).

Thanks to Vl@d Zola Jr.'s fantastic roster editor (and the fact that the files were there but hidden), I added Brian Cook's portrait and CF, and Patrick Mills' CF too.
I added that, plus the current lineups/injuries, and some ratings/shoes changes:

Since I'm not using 2K's latest roster, I don't have Arroyo's CF, and the file doesn't seem to be there in the first place. But if someone could upload Arroyo's IFF file somewhere, that'd be greatly appreciated

EDIT: just updated the link. I changed lineups, ratings and gear based on tonite's games (11-20-09), and added Mensah-Bonsu for Houston. Only Chris Hunter for GSW should be missing right now.

I don't play association so it's hard to tell, but because I just sideline injured players (have them inactive) instead of doing whatever 2K is doing to them (when you see their ratings temporarily go down because of the injury), I'm assuming they stay healthy and they're ready to get back in the team's active rotation.

Did you base this roster from the latest roster released by 2k?

Nope, since 2K doesn't seem to be doing a particularly great job at that (missing players/CF/portraits, ratings, gear, etc.), this is still based on 2K's very first roster update (the 1st one after the official release on PC), which I've been updating on a daily basis by adding players, CFs when available, accurate gear, and more realistic ratings/tendencies.

As requested by Canbuorgh, and for anyone else who's interested, here's my updated roster, featuring the latest lineups/injuries. I'm also tweaking all the ratings again (and some tendencies) based on last year's stats and the first 20 games so far, so I'm done with the first 5 teams for now.

I tweaked my roster to use Mr.Xcitement96's portrait patch as a base (nice job man ), so that players like Pendegraph, AJ Price or James Johnson have a portrait now, and still have their own CF.
Since my roster is based on an early version of 2K's official roster, I don't know if they ever added the CF for W.Matthews, Beaubois or D.Cunningham for example. So those players still have a generic CF in my roster, but at least they have a portrait now.

I also created J.Bender who just signed with NY, made that Boykins has his CF and portrait, changed a bunch of shoes/gear, modified the ratings for the next few teams in alphabetical order, and of course, the lineups/injuries should be accurate as of last night.

I wanted to get this portrait thingy over with, so now my next project is now to incorporate 2K's added alternate jerseys to my roster, but I'm not sure how yet.

You gotta need to use the latest rosters from 2k so that you can incorporate the added alternate jerseys

While creating the portrait's was a good idea, I'm back to using the default with the blank pictures, because it won't accept the created cyberfaces that some of these patchers made. Ex..... Jonas Jerebko of Detroit. I used the portrait patch from Mr Xcitement, and it would not accept the CF made by Hellboy. It gave him a generic one instead. Same with some other players.

I can fix that. It's actually because all those png files had to be renamed in order to match Mr Xcitement's portraits. It took me a while last night but I finally got them all to work fine, so I can just upload the png files that were renamed, and you'll just have to dump them in your 2K10 folder and choose to overwrite if prompted.
I'll upload a .rar with those later on.
