How to get rid of NBA logo from the photo?

I didn't know where should I put the question, so I'm asking here - anyone knows how to get rid of this NBA and GettyImages logo? Is there a way to do this? I want to use this pic to create a portrait of M. Gasol...

its watermarked solely so you cant steal their copyrighted for purchase images. Im sure theres a way, but i'd just find a non owned pic

well...let me rephrase. This exact picture is owned. You should base it on a different picture if you plan on putting this up anywhere aside from your own hard drive. Look on youtube though: i just saw about 9 different watermark tutorials
